Gerald Plock has conducted recruitments for several U.S. Territories in the South Pacific, including Majuro Atoll local government in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, an area spread among 29 coral atolls and five islands across 750,000 square miles. This area still has a compact with the United States as a result of nuclear testing on Bikini and Eniwetok in the 1950's and the missile testing range on Kwajalein Atoll.

Mr. Plock has also conducted recruitments for the State of Kosrae, Federated States of Micronesia in the Caroline Islands.

Mr. Plock has also performed executive recruitments in Saipan, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas.

Prior to founding Gerald Plock Associates Inc., Mr. Plock was Vice President for Executive Recruitment Services and a member of the Board of Directors for The PAR Group.

Mr. Plock began his professional career in local government and served on the management staff of the City of Phoenix, Arizona.

He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from the University of Wyoming.
